Piña Colada: For all those who don’t know about this drink, should know that there have been various stories about Pina Colada and its origin, but a lot of stories trace the location if its birthplace to Puerto Rico. Ingredients (four servings)
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup 100% pineapple juice or pineapple chunks
- Ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients in a mixer with ice for a minute. Put the mixture into a Collin glass. Garnish it with a slice of pineapple and cherry.

- 1 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
- 1 18-1/2 ounce yellow cake mix
- 1 1-3/4 ounce instant vanilla pudding mix

- 1/2 cup of dark rum
Preheat the over and grease the pan, large enough for the cake. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Mix all the ingredients of the cake in an electric blender for about 5 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake it for one hour and then cool it before eating it.
3. Glaze: To make glaze you have to take
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup dark sugar
- 1/2 cup dark rum
Melt butter in a pan and mix it with water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. After this, remove it from the steam and put the rum in it and stir.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz apricot brandy
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz passion-fruit juice
- 1 - 2 tsp powdered sugar
Take a shaker and fill it with ice. Mix all the ingredients in it and shake it. Put the mixture in a collins glass filled with fresh ice. You can add an orange slice or lime slice over it to garnish it
5. Coquito: Coquito is a very famous drink which is normally demanded and consumed during Christmas season. This drink is normally confused with Ponche (Puerto Rican eggnog), as both the drinks are prepared for the holidays. But there is a lot of difference between both the drinks, although they look identical. The major difference between both of them is that Coquito is made up of coconut milk and cream, which is not the case with Ponche. Ingredients
- (2) 15 oz cans of coconut milk
- (1) 15 oz can of evaporated milk
- (1) 12 oz can of coconut cream
- 10 oz of light rum (or include rum to taste)
- Spice tea – Take half cup of water and boil it with ginger and cloves.
Mix milk, coconut cream and ¼ cup of spice tea in a blender, then pour the rum in it. Fill it in a bottle and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours minimum. You can serve it the way you like, but most people serve it in port glass.
